Heather Rae Martin (they/she)Board Member

Heather began her career in the laboratory including R&D and Quality roles and is now part of the Pricing team at Sandoz after many years of Pricing & Market Access-focused consulting at life sciences services firms. She has advised executive leadership at global Fortune 500 and startup biopharma companies, through all stages of commercialization and life cycle management for brands, generics, biosimilars, OTC (over-the-counter) products, medical devices, diagnostics, and combination products. Originally from New Jersey, Heather received a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Princeton University and an MBA and MS in Health Care Policy & Management from Carnegie Mellon University.

Heather also serves as part of the Advisory Council for Reaching Out MBA, a nonprofit organization with the mission to increase the influence of the LGBTQ+ community in business by educating, inspiring and connecting MBA students and alumni.

She is excited to be a Board Member of OUTBio: Greater New York and lives in Newark, NJ with her beautiful partner and adorable English bulldog Mirage.
